Anna Holly received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Lawrence University in Appleton, Wisconsin. She went on to earn her Master of Science in Clinical and Mental Health Counseling with an emphasis on Addiction and Co-Occurring Disorders at Marquette University in Milwaukee, WI. Anna is a Licensed Professional Counselor in both Arizona and Wisconsin and is trained in EMDR. She also is a National Certified Counselor through NBCC.
While in graduate school, Anna adopted the concept of “cura personalis” or care for the entire person. This concept has driven the methods by which she has provided care for the past decade of her career as a clinician. She believes in a bio/psycho/social/spiritual/cultural approach to counseling. Anna began her career working for a non-profit in Milwaukee, WI that specialized in helping pregnant women recover from addiction. In 2013, Anna made the decision to seek warmer weather and moved to Prescott, AZ.
Anna joined our team in January 2020, bringing with her an enthusiasm for helping people heal from addiction issues and ensures that the entire person is considered when making decisions about a person’s treatment. Anna passionately supports the use of evidence-based practices and the trauma informed care approach which she has taken great care to instill in our team. In her free time, Anna enjoys spending time with her family, exploring the beautiful Prescott area, and practicing yoga.
